Geschiebeprothese der Halt durch Klammern an den natu\u0308rlichen Za\u0308hnen erreicht.<\/h3>\n<h3>A\u0308sthetisch und qualitativ bietet diese Art der Versorgung einige Nachteile. Das Gegenstu\u0308ck wird in die herausnehmbare Prothese eingearbeitet. U\u0308ber die zementierte Krone, sogenannte Prima\u0308rkrone, wird eine zweite Krone, die sogenannte Sekunda\u0308rkrone geschoben, welche fest mit der Prothese verbunden ist und vom Patienten selbststa\u0308ndig zur Reinigung rein und raus genommen werden kann.<\/h3>\n<h3>Als Anker fu\u0308r eine Teleskopprothese ko\u0308nnen aber nicht nur eigene Za\u0308hne dienen, sondern auch Implantate .
